The Brand Fair will end on Tuesday, August 7 at 4:30pm. Starting at 5pm that evening, you may begin to strike your booth. The breakdown must be complete by

Before 8am: Castellana Ballroom load out complete.
8am – 6pm: Gracia Ballroom – breakdown & load out.
LAST DAY OF ADVANCE WAREHOUSING AT VIPER WAREHOUSE
Last day Viper will receive any freight for transport to The Cosmopolitan. Late fees will apply.
PACKAGES ARRIVAL PERMITTED ONSITE
All packages may arrive at the FedEx Office Business Center at The Cosmopolitan. Please refer to the FedEx Shipping Form for procedure guidelines.
VIPER FORMS DUE / LAST DAY TO CANCEL SHIPMENTS
In order to take advantage of the negotiated discounts from Viper, all forms must be received by Friday, July 27, with payment in full. This is also the deadline to cancel shipments.
FREIGHT ACCEPTED AT VIPER WAREHOUSE, WITH LATE FEE
All shipments received to Viper warehouse after Friday, July 27 will be charged a late fee, of an additional 30%. All shipments must be received by Thursday, August 2 to be eligible for transfer to The Cosmopolitan.
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE IS DUE
Every brand needs to provide Sephora and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with a certificate of insurance. If your brand is hiring any outside contractors to perform work on the premises, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is also required. Please upload your insurance requirements here.
FREIGHT ACCEPTED AT VIPER WAREHOUSE
The Viper warehouse will accept freight shipments between Friday, July 13 through Friday July 27. Viper will deliver all freight to your booth at the Brand Fair, provide removal and storage of the empties, return of empties at the close of Brand Fair and handle the freight to load onto your preferred outbound carrier.
PSAV EXHIBITOR FORM DUE
Complete the Exhibitor Form forward it to PSAV for all A/V needs.
ORDER REFRESHMENTS
All food and beverage arrangements must be made directly through The Cosmopolitan. Please refer to the Logistics page for contact information.
BRAND BOOTH DRAWINGS DUE
All brands must provide Sephora with drawings and technical specifications of their booth, by uploading into this brand portal website and completing all requested forms. Sephora will be submitting all drawings to the Fire Marshall for approval.
