Last day Viper will receive any freight for transport to The Aria of Las Vegas. Late fees will apply. Any shipments delivered after this date will not be transported to the Aria.

Please provide all your onsite brand and vendor staff information. You will need to check in upon arrival onsite to receive credentials for load in and event days. Please include all staff including booth activation staff, founders, fabricators, sub-vendors, entertainers, etc.
For Brand Booth Staff who will be working the booth, please register HERE. Limit of 8 per brand.
For any Supporting Vendors Staff who will be there for set-up and breakdown only, please register HERE.
All shipments received to Viper warehouse after Wednesday, July 23 will be charged a late fee. All shipments must be received by Wednesday, July 30 to be eligible for transfer to The Aria of Las Vegas.

Small packages are allowed to arrive at the Aria Business Center without storage fees. Please download and complete the provided Aria Shipping Label and affix them to ALL packages.
Sephora will be offering brand gratis storage service on a first come, first serve basis.
The standard storage space will allow for one pallet (about 4’x4’). The non-refundable cost of this service is $800 per storage space. This cost will be charged as a Sephora chargeback to the brand closer to the event.

Additional spaces (space in additional to the one pallet) will come at an additional cost. If your brand booth is interested in more space, please let us know in the registration form under “Additional Information” and additional spaces will be allocated as available after the deadline.
If you have a last-minute storage space request once onsite, we may be able to accommodate, however it will come at an increased cost of $1,000 per space.
All food and beverage arrangements must be made directly through The Aria of Las Vegas by Thursday, July 10 with Angela Taylor.

The Viper Warehouse will accept freight shipments between Monday, June 30 through Wednesday, July 23. Viper will deliver all freight to your booth at the MWBE, provide removal and storage of the empties, return of empties at the close of MWBE, and handle the freight to load onto your preferred outbound carrier.
This also include any gratis deliveries for Onsite Moments such as Room Drops, Chair Drops, or Welcome Bag.
For proper shipping, please use the proper shipping labels located on the Resources tab.
Please submit a list of all your hired vendors to this form. This should include your main scenic design/fabrication partner, as well as any other vendors that will be onsite in Las Vegas for load in, live event or breakdown.
All vendors is required to provide a COI to Sephora and a COI for the Aria. Please refer to the July 7 deadline description.
Please submit a description of the guest experience in your SMC brand booth by Friday, June 6. Reminder that the ideal guest experience with each brand takes about two to four minutes to allow for all participants to visit every booth in each room.
Include a list of the products or swag that you will be distributing.
